Refund Policy

The tale is free to read on our website. All sales of the Keepsake Edition are final.

You can read the whole tale with your child before deciding to buy anything, and the Keepsake Edition (a downloadable PDF picture book and colouring pages) is delivered instantly after payment. For that reason we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

EU, UK and other countries with a right to cancel

When you buy, you ask us to give you the download immediately and confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download has started.

If something is wrong with your download

If the file won't open, is incomplete or isn't what we described, write to hello@talewithme.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will send a working copy or put it right. This does not affect your rights under consumer law.

Lost your download?

Your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy has the download link. You can also find your orders at https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders using the email you bought with, or ask us at hello@talewithme.com.

Payments and our reseller

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy may decide on refunds under its own buyer terms. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the purchase no longer gives you a right to use the Keepsake Edition.
